In regards to my worn items, my scent will vary and I am a naturaly clean girl. If you are after 'strong' scents then you should consider placing an order for 48 hours plus wear. This is only a suggestion to avoid disappointment should my normal one day wear not be enough for you.

Orders & Payments

Once your order is received it is expected that payment will be made by you within 5 days of the date of order. If this is not possible you must inform me on the day of your order with a date that your payment will be made. Please do NOT order if you do not intend to comply with these terms. Ordering my item or items, means you understand your commitment in regards to payment. Once I have worn your item or supplied you with material you are obligated to make payment. Your IP address is recorded and abuse of my Order Forms will be reported to your service provider.

Returns & Refunds

Because of the nature of my items and my services, no returns are accepted and no refunds are given for whatever reason. There will also be no refund or part refund of any fees paid in respect of slave or sissy training, whether it be before your application is approved or after. If there is an issue with your purchase, email me and we can discuss the problem. If I do not reply to your email it will only be because you have been aggressive or rude in your writing, try again and be polite as i will always be with you.

Shipping

I will confirm when your items have been posted on my tracking page. If they do not arrive, this is not because I have not posted them. You will have to contact the Royal Mail and take the issue up with them. I will not provide refunds for undelivered items through no fault of my own.

Standard First Class UK and World Wide Postage

I do not accept responsibility for loss or damage in the post. Contact the Royal Mail in this instance.

Next Day Guaranteed Delivery

Only if you paid for Next Day Guaranteed Delivery is your item insured. However, it is your responsibility to recover the cost of lost or damaged items from the Royal Mail. If you have paid for this service and have not received your item/s, I will provide you with the proof of postage on request only.

Privacy

All of your information is kept private and deleted four months after your order is complete. I don't sell your information, I hate spam and would never promote it. There is no spy cookies or anything of the like on my site. Your privacy is important to me as it is you. Unless you request, I may contact you with special offers, special notices and general information relating to this website only, during the time that your private information is kept on my system. You will not be contacted again if you request not to, or if your order is over four months old in which time your information would be deleted.

It is my decision when and to whom I give freebies too. I love to give satisfaction and many of my regulars know I am very generous with repeat buyers and friends. I do not appreciate customers or admirers asking for freebies, so please do not ask.
