After browsing my pages and choosing an item, double click on the item picture to enlarge the image. At the bottom of the image you will see a reference code. Make a note of the reference code or copy the code using the normal copy and paste method. Then click on my order link and copy the code into the order form. All the information you need to submit your order is there for you to fill out, including all available options and extras. For more information on how to order, go to my 'How to Order' page.

Usually within a few hours I will contact you via email with further payment information. Occasionally it may take a bit longer if I have been away. Your order is not final until payment is received, which must be within 5 days.

Once your payment is received, I will email you to confirm this and provide you with an order number. You can then use this order number to see when I plan to wear the item you have purchased by going to my 'Track Your Order' page on my web site.

I check my emails daily. In the unlikely event that I have not replied to your order within 24 hours, please email me to inform me of this.

It depends on how many orders I have and when I am having my period. Please check the current order status and waiting list on my 'Track Your order' page.

If you are in a hurry to get my items, you can make your order a 'priority order' by clicking the box at the bottom of the order form. Once your payment has been made and cleared, your order will then be the next in line to be worn.

If you want your order immediately, choose 'priority' on the order form and pay instantly by Amazon gift certificate, or pay cash into my account on the same day. Both these payment methods are instant and assure your order is added to my wearing list straight away. To guarantee you get your order the day after I have worn it, please also choose guaranteed next day delivery (guaranteed next day does not apply to international orders).

All orders are shipped discreetly and addressed exactly as you entered on the order form. All items are vacum sealed, gift wrapped and includes a handwritten note from me.

Nowhere on your package will it say "Abby's Worn Panties", "used panties", or anything adult related. The package is totally discreet and will look like any other standard mail package. To see how I pack my items click here.

I accept Amazon.co.uk gift certificates sent to my email address, I accept Alertpay payments, sent to my email address, I accept payments via internet bank transfer. I will also accept cash paid across the counter into a high street bank. My account details for the latter will be sent to you on my order confirmation email. I do not accept any form of payment sent to my home address.

I have been selling my worn items for a long time now and have many repeat customers. I am Panty Trust Verified, which means I have had to prove my identity and identify myself to the organisation wearing a particular item by sending them photographs. I then send that item to prove it is me wearing the item. If you are still unsure, then you can order photos or videos of me wearing your item and if you request I can even hold a card up, with your name written on it.

It is important to me that I protect my identity as I have family and freinds that may not aprove of my little secret. I respect your privacy, please respect mine. However, for regular long term customers I may show part of my face on purchased photos and videos, but this is solely at my discression.

I've always loved panties and nylons and anything pretty, so I've always had way too much in my knicker drawer. I do what I normally would do during the day. If your order is a week day order I will be wearing them to work. I work in an office which always seems to be so warm, so your order will be kept nice and 'warm' too. If your orders runs through a weekend, then I will probably be shopping, cleaning etc etc. and of course clubbing in the evenings!! I will also sleep in your item. If you would like me to wear your item at a specific time, i.e. to the Gym or out clubbing, please let me know.

Every single item you will find on this site is worn, prepared, packaged and sent by me, unless you are ordering Jodie's underwear of course (My lodger who also sells her underwear). I personally wear every single item for at least 24 hours or the number of days you specifiy. I will never just wipe and send a pair of my panties. You will get an item that is genuinely worn by me for at least a full day and night, if not more with any extras you choose added in.

Well that depends on what you want. I will do my best to make your order just the way you want it. All my panties are worn for 24 hours, unless you specify otherwise. You can always purchase extra wear with any order. Remember though, I am a human being and no order will be the same as it all depends on the time of the month and what I have been doing in the day. All I can assure you of is that you will receive my worn panties for as long as you ordered them to be worn for.

There are things I will not do, but not many things. I am very open minded and have had most requests asked since I have been running this site. I won't be shocked or suprised if your fetish is out of the ordinary, so do not be embarrassed, just ask me. If I don't want to do it i will just say no.
